Toy

Here are so photos of the final outcome of my toy. First time i've made something like this so i hope you all like.

Third and final stencil

For my final stencil i have chosen a dark purple, i did do yellow for my final stencil because i thought that it would have an effect with the first colour bust it didn't instead it glimmered at a certain angle so i had to re-do the third stencil as a dark purple. I admit the purple has worked a lot better as you can see it properly, but i was a little disappointed that it didn't come out better. 

Not all these photos are very good, so sorry about the quality, and that is actually purple it does look blue but it is purple.

And these photos were taken during and after the prints so they are wet and i'm not sure if that has effected the photos. I will post a photo of the toy that i have to make once it's done too. 

Second stencil

These are photos of my second stencil. I Mainly took photos of the outcomes i got for some of the prints but not all of them. 

I used blue for my second colour on top of the first colour which was a yellow and scarlet mixed together, for some of the outcomes they have come out black. 

Again i did the screen prints late so some of the photos may seem a bit dark and the prints because of my choice of colour. 

First stencil

Here are some photos i took of the process i did for completing my first screen print, there not all in order and the photos near the bottom of the page are some of the outcomes i got, i didn't take photos of all of my screen prints. 

It was late and very dark out so some of the photos are a bit dark.

Today i cut out my first stencil and started to map out which parts of my second stencil i was going to cut out.
I also wrote up in my journal adding diagrams the process of completing a screen print.

Technique:
- Notes and drawing diagrams
- Cutting stencils

Success:
- I cut my first stencil out, and started to plan my second one
- Writing notes and completing diagrams in  my journal

Difficulty:
- Wording the explanations next to each stage of the screen printing  process'
- Drawing clear enough diagrams for the screen printing process  

Collage stencil process

Well i was at home i decided to start on my collage stencil.

Taking some of the drawings i liked best from my worksheet of drawings, photocopying them and then sticking them together to an A3 size.
I think the hardest part was probably photocopying them. Here are some photos i took of doing this.

Collageing

Last Monday in one of my art lessons my teacher said to upload the work we did with her to our blogs. So here are some photos of the work i did.

It's collageing. From magazines and newspapers taking bites and pieces to create really, really wacky people.

Journal and Worksheet Drawings EDIT

I didn't realise how dark the photos were of the drawings i did in my journal and on the worksheet so I've taken the photos again hopefully the quality is better and you can see them more clearly.
